BRCGS Gluten-Free Standard Version 4 was published on 05.02.2024. The audits
according to this standard will start as of 01.08.2024. Certificated sites must prepare
for the transition to the new version during this 6-month period. This checklist is a self-
assessment tool prepared in English, containing all the requirements of the standard.
Besides, it is not only for the transition of certified facilities, but also for facilities that
want to get certificated for the first time, where they can test themselves to the
necessary extent.
