The objective of this procedure is to define methods of corrective and improvement actions in the scope of integrated management system (ISO 9001,14001,45001,BRC CP,BRC FOOD ISO 22716,GOTS,FSC,), to define system non-conformities, customer complaints and product non-conformity, to define potential non-conformities observed as a result of data analysis, to determine root causes, to determine improvement studies to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformities and to control efficiency of improvement studies.
